Our 130 year-old traditional Japanese house has been renovated for your comfort while holding onto its history. Renewed as a duplex house! You have almost the entire 1st&2nd floors of the west side of the house. Limited to one group per day. Please see below about the house.

IORI SHIROYAMA【City View & luxury space】

IORI SHIROYAMA is located on a hill overlooking Takayama and is a vila of traditional Japanese architecture, only one group per night. We have created a peaceful and high-quality space using natural materials and traditional Hida crafts. After detoxifying in the sauna, enjoy a retreat to shed your daily fatigue. A free shuttle service is available from Takayama Station. We will deliver to your house an authentic Japanese breakfast featuring Hida ingredients and other seasonal ingredients.

Sanson Terrace "silkworm house"

Ohinata in Sakuho-town is a small village in a valley. I renovated a 80 years small wooden house by myself taking a long time. The building used to be used for raising silkworms by farms. It was our culture and industry to get silks in this area. You can have a calm time for having Coffee and beer, reading books, listening music... The village is surrounded by nature for hiking to mountains and rivers. Some local families live in around the house, so please stay like the village people.

晴れの日はテラスより南アルプスに沈む夕日や星空がとてもきれいです。 薪ストーブは消防の関係で使用できません。 Wi-Fi、オフィスチェアー完備。 テレビはありません。 表記宿泊代金は2名様までの代金です。 1名追加につき5000円加算されます。 2才以下の乳幼児は無料 標高1100m、夏は比較的涼しく、テレワークなど最適です。 サウナは有料です。 薪代と追加清掃料金として、人数に関係なく料金は以下の通りです。 1泊2日:￥4,000 2泊以降は1泊につき￥2,000追加 ご希望の方は準備の都合上5日前までにご連絡ください。 サウナはお客様にて薪ストーブの着火、水風呂のご準備をお願いします。 立地的に車が無いと不便な場所です。 徒歩圏内にスーパーなどはありませんので、電車バスでお越しの場合は 駅周辺で食料など購入してからお越し下さい。 車で10分前後の所にスーパー、コンビニあります。 車で7~8分で地元野菜などのスーパーやコンビニが有ります。 日帰りの露天風呂温泉も車で5～6分の所にあります。 基本的に対面でのご挨拶は控えさせていただきます。

Autumn Takayama Festival is held on October 9th and 10th every year. My house is located in the center of autumn Takayama festival venue. The highlights of festival called YOIMATSURI(宵祭) is started just in front of my house. If you stay my house in this festival, you can enjoy the festival all day, from morning to night!! KURA is Japanese traditional building. We renovated it to stay. You can stay here only one group a day.

数寄屋造りの伝統的な日本家屋を利用した一棟貸しの宿泊施設となっており、市内の主要な観光スポットである松本城、松本美術館、中町通り、縄手通りなどにアクセス抜群で松本市内の観光に最適です。 松本駅からは徒歩で10分圏内、タクシーで来られる場合は800円程度の距離に位置しています。 徒歩数分圏内に商店街やたくさんの飲食店があります。また、おおよそ歩いて5分程の距離に大型ショッピングセンターAEON MALLがありますので、お土産物や食材の買い出し、お食事等にも非常に便利です。

2016年10月1日にオープンしました!(2024年5月に2号店『眞や大新(makotoya ohjin)』オープンしました。) 伝統的な日本式の家屋でとても便利な立地です。 高山駅から徒歩約3分、古い街並みから徒歩約5分です。 正面玄関から家に入ると、日本の昔の家にいるかのように感じるかもしれません。 また、「ほりごたつ」「露天風呂」を楽しむこともできます。私は皆さんがここで自宅にいるようにくつろげることを願っています。
