Comfortable and cozy 40m2 apartment in the center of the city of Mataró (Barcelona). Located 150 meters from the beach, 100 meters from the train station, 2 minutes from the highway. Sunny apartment in first sea line. It has a 21 m2 terrace facing south. With 270º direct views over the beach, much of the coast and mountains. Located north of the metropolis of Barcelona. 45 minutes from Catalonia Square and 60 minutes from the Fira de Barcelona and the MWC. Halfway on the Costa Brava. Restaurants open all seasons. All kinds of means of transport: Train and Bus Live 2 minutes in the center of Barcelona in 7 minutes. Delta del Ebre and the Pyrenees are not far away.

Fantastic apartment in front of the beach

Apartment in frentre of the beach and in the center of town, ideal for two people to spend a nice holiday by the sea. The apartment is prepared for four people. It has free wifi. It's 1 minute away from the train station. You have the shops, bars, etc. within 5 minutes. The apartment does not have elevator you have to climb stairs 5th floor with a final stretch of snail, but it is worth being able to enjoy the fantastic views and the beach. Tourist tax 1€per day and person

Nice studio in downtown Lloret de Mar. It's very simple but has everything you need to spend a few days on vacation. Ideal for a couple. The studio is located on the seafront, close to all amenities - beaches, pharmacies, shops, bars and restaurants, nightclubs, bus station, everything is just minutes from the house. P.S. DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS THE APARTMENT IS NOISY, BECAUSE IT IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER WITH ALL THE NIGHTLIFE NEXT DOOR.
