Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

This unique accommodation is unique and super exclusive, bordering the Coto Doñana (the so-called sticks) in front of the distance you see Sanlucar, Chipiona and Cádiz. Una casa con estiló, es mi residencia principal, tiene una vistas sobre África que me enamoran , trasmite paz y descanso, la cuido con mucho amor , para mi bienestar y el de mis huéspedes, pido lo mismo a cambio, que me la cuiden con amor y respecto! Es una casa de músicos ! insisto para el respecto con los instrumentos! tenemos vistas al mar desde la cama, la bañera, la ducha... Siempre dejo lo básico en alimentación, pido reponer en caso de terminar algo! Gracias

Durante los meses de junio y Julio debido a que el edificio donde se encuentra el alojamiento está lleno de familias con niños y para minimizar las molestias a los vecinos, no se aceptarán reservas de grupos de amigos jóvenes.
