Located on idyllic Monomoscoy Island known for its gorgeous wildlife and stunning waterways, our home is the perfect choice to rent on Cape Cod. We are less than 10 Mins to Mashpee Commons and famous Mashpee Town Beach, Less than 5 mins to New Seabury and the Popponesset Inn, and only 15 mins to downtown Falmouth. Linens included!

Spacious home across the street from an inlet, located in New Seabury's Bright Coves neighborhood (not a "party house"). This kid-friendly, 4-bed/3 bath home with 2 family rooms is a 1 minute walk from free kayak launch and 10 min walk to famous “Spit” beach. Poppy Marketplace 5 min and Mashpee Commons 7 min drives. Fully furnished kitchen/outdoor patio. Weber grill and outdoor shower. Washer/dryer and plenty of kids toys and bikes. Central A/C. Spacious side yard and peekaboo waterview!
