A queen size sofa sleeper located in tv room. A new dishwasher, furnace and window air conditioners for the summer months. A kayak, 4 paddle boards, and a paddle boat are available to you. Dogs are welcome, max. 2, with a great yard to run and play. Due to liability, the speed boat and golf cart are not available.

Due to the centralized location of the carriage house, guests can easily access Nappanee (7 miles from Amish Acres), Plymouth, South Bend (21 miles from Notre Dame), Mishawaka and other local towns. This little cabin sits on the creek side with a deck overlooking the creek. You will have a woods on one side, and farm animals on the other. It is as peaceful as it gets.
