Sur l’avenue principale de Marseillan-plage, proches de toutes les commodités. Maisonette idéale pour vos vacances. A 5 min à pied de la plage et 10 min de la fête foraine l'été. Les draps + serviettes sont fournis. Place de parking privée. Il y a deux chambres avec lits simple et un BZ en 160 très confortable dans le salon. Attention, le logement n'a pas de wi-fi, pas de TV ni de micro-ondes! 5min walk from the beach. Private parking. No tv no wifi no microwave Sheets and towels included

Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

1890 built, lovingly renovated holiday home in the old town of Marseillan at the Etang the Thau with picturesque port, markets & shops. 15km beach between Séte & Marseillan are accessible by cycle path. Special highlight: the roof terrace with view over old town. Warning: this is an old house. Iit was important to us to preserve the charm and beauty of the past. If you want it new and practical, go on looking! :-)
