The farm backs onto the Serpentine National Park and is a short walk from Serpentine Falls and Munda Biddi trails. Tie up your own boat if you have one or launch a kayak and explore downstream. Restaurants shops and cafes are nearby. The property has a security camera in the car park.

The Little Wren Farm, Lake Clifton

The Little Wren Farm is close to the Forest Highway and about 30 minutes from Mandurah. It is set among Peppermint forests and Tuart trees and has a variety of birds from Black Cockatoos to the adorable little Blue Wren. The parrots come in to feed throughout the day and Kangaroos are often seen grazing a few meters from the homestead. The Little Wren Farm is good for couples and business travellers and is a peaceful, quiet little gem in the country. The sleeper couch can sleep 2 children.

When you stay at Magnolia Cottage, Dwellingup you will find a Mid-Century cottage which retains its rustic charm but has been revitalized and extended with a huge kitchen, large outdoor covered entertainment area, renovated modern bathroom, and 2 toilets. Your baseline booking provides for 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6. The 4th King Bedroom is available UPON REQUEST, for an additional booking fee, providing for up to 8 guests. Bird Song is an eco shack built and furnished with recycled and vintage materials. Bird Song is located on a bush block at the edge of Boddington town with the Hotham River reserve across the road and a large farm over the back fence. Bird Song is a 7 minute stroll into town which offers an IGA, bottle shops, cafes, playground, skate bowl and op shop. The path over the road leads to the beautiful Darminning (Ranford Pool) which is a favourite swimming hole.

Get cosy and settle into this rustic space. This little cottage is fully self contained. It is embedded into our garden with access through the back. There is a coded walk through gate and you can park within the property. You just have to open and close the gates manually. There is a fully operational pool which can be used by all guests as well as owners. The photographs show the beauty of the cottage.
