Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you will stay in your own modern apartment with an open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs running free on the farm. Parking is available in the yard and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golf Club (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköping city center. On the ground floor, there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3-seater sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On the upper floor, there is a double bed. Non-smoking.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The old cottage is completely undisturbed in a forest clearing. For those who want to listen to birds chirping and "be themselves for a while", it's the right place! Swimming lakes, activities and attractions are nearby, however, the easiest way to get there is by car. 1 double bed 180 cm 1 double bed 120 cm 4 single beds Cleaning is done by the guest. Välkommen till Smedjan, ett modernt hus i lantlig idyll med sjöutsikt. Här finns braskamin, öppen planlösning mellan kök & vardagsrum, sovrum med dubbelsäng, övervåning med ett ordentligt sovloft. En oas för avkoppling omgiven av fina skogar, sjöar och hästhagar. En plats att njuta av som den är men också bra att utgå från för att upptäcka Sörmland. Poolen öppen juli-mitten av sep. Med bil: 20 min till Fiskeboda strand 20 min Vingåker factory outlet 20 min till Katrineholm Varmt välkomna🌳

Stilrent och modernt minihus i lugnt och naturnära område, endast två minuters promenad till badplats. Öppen planlösning med fint kök, bekväm 160-säng, 47” TV och Wifi. Extra sovplatser finns med stor luftmadrass. Fräscht badrum med toalett och dusch samt luftvärmepump/AC. Stora skjutdörrar ger fint ljusinsläpp och utsikt mot grönskande trädgård. Mysig altan med pergola, utemöbler och grill. Parkering för tre bilar och fem minuter till city med bil. Perfekt för avkoppling och njuta av sommaren!

Luxury Lakeside Villa

Lakelands is a lyxury lakeside house with magnificant view through the paanoramic windows over the Tisnaren lake. It´s situated in the area of the manor house Beckershof with beautiful surroundings in the middle of the nature. The house is situated 30 meters from the water. You have a small beach, jetty and a souna on a jetty of your own. A small boat is also includes in wich ou can make trips along the lake. The house is very comfortable and has very relaxing atmosfer all year round!

Cabin with luxury, birdsong and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Villa Kruthuset är ett nybyggt fritidshus (2023) med en personlig touch och ett unikt, avskilt läge för möten & sammankomster. Beläget i ytterskärgården och Femöre naturreservat med möjlighet till såväl en aktiv vistelse som tid för återhämtning. Njut av en bastu, kajaktur eller laga mat tillsammans. Här finns ordentligt utrymme för social samvaro och härliga middagar såväl som möjligheten att stänga dörren om sig (7 sovrum - 8 sängplatser inkl sängkläder och handdukar).

Sjöpärlan

Live beautifully on a farm with sheep and chickens. The farm is beautifully situated by Lake Öljaren in Österåker, Vingåker. It is 300 meters to the lake where you can both swim and fish. Walking paths and bike paths are nearby. On the lower floor of the house there is a bathroom with shower and eco-freeze toilet as well as access to a washing machine. On the upper floor there are about 40 sqm with three beds, a sofa and an equipped kitchenette. A hot plate is available.

Välkomna att bo på vår bondgård! Ta ett kvällsdopp i sjön, en SUP-tur eller njut av en kopp kaffe på er egna altan med sällskap av fåren (säsongsbaserat). Strosa runt i de omringande sörmländska skogarna eller ta en kanottur på sjön. På vintern kan ni ta med skridskor och ta en färd ut på sjön eller bada isvak för att sedan värma upp er i bastun. Efter det kurar ni upp er framför den tända brasan med ett par varma sockor, en varm kopp te och en spännande bok.
