Unique newly renovated courtyard house in Old Gävle

Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Björnbo - A lovely cottage

Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the calm directly surrounded by the turn-of-the-century charm, linseed oil painted beadboard, well-equipped kitchen with large gas stove for those interested in cooking as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from a newly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house was completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower and fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room, there is 1 sofa bed sofa for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge that has a freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Peaceful accommodation in the countryside

Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful home. Suitable for private individuals and companies who want the tranquility of the countryside. Horses in large pastures outside the bedroom window. Only 10 minutes to Tierp. 4 km to Tobo train station and about 40 minutes train ride to Gävle or Uppsala. Go on a day trip to Furuviksparken or maybe play golf in Örbyhus. On a hot day, you can also take the car 10 minutes to Örbyhus outdoor pool. Enjoy the beautiful nature with berries and mushrooms.

Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. From the terrace you can then go directly out on the paths that lead you out to many beautiful places around the cape and we have the option of booking a boat trip for experiences at sea which can be both to experience the wildlife, fishing or just looking around, let us know if you are interested.

Welcome to our guest house in the cottage area Hästhagen by Lake Öjaren. A few minutes from Högbo Bruk with nice cross-country skiing, mountain bike arena, golf courses, canoe rental, paddle tennis, etc. 25 minutes from Kungsberget's ski and bike facility. Walking distance to the lake for swimming and fishing. 1 km to Gästrikeleden with nice hiking and many miles of bike trails. In winter, 5 km ice rink on the lake within a few minutes' walking distance.

Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

Lovely plot with a fantastic view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and cliffs right at your doorstep. During the summer months, there is a jetty with a swimming ladder down into the water and a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
