A genuine old-style forest cottage from 1879 (a typical Swedish torp); preserved and restored in old-fashioned style. It is located on a very sunny hill in the forest, with open spaces 50 metres in all directions, 600 metres to the nearest neighbor and 100% transparency protected. Nature is at your doorstep and with endless walking trails through the forests. There are several forest lakes within walking distance from the house. Most of them are great for swimming, also for small children.

En kvart utanför Borås i Fritsla ligger denna tegelbyggnad som var ett svinhus för 100 år sedan. Här njuter ni av naturen och Häggån som rinner 10 m från huset. Det är ett lugnt område med två andra bostadshus några hundra meter bort. Huset består av ett enda stort allrum på 100 m2 med kök, matplats och soffdel med öppen spis. Eskekärr Säteri annexet är ett stort herrgårdsliknande hus, 15 bäddar. Uthyres Söndag till söndag eller valfria dagar. Otroligt vacker lantlig miljö och med absolut närhet till sjön Lygnern. Ca. 100 meter till stranden där möjlighet finns att låna/hyra båt och badtunna nere vid bryggan. Handikapps anpassat på 1:a våning, bland annat ramp till altan. På gården finns också ett mysigt café och ett galleri med svenskt hantverk från orten.

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas. Nära Äskhultsby och med sjöar och vacker natur intill. Ta gärna en promenad till en gammal skvaltkvarn Närhet till Gekås ca 6 mil Ca 2 mil till Tjolöholmsslott ligger vid havet med bad och grillplarser Här finns mycket sjöar i området man kan cykla till, eller varför inte ta en lång promenad runt sjön i Äskult med bra utsikt från bergen.
