The house was freshly renovated in 2021 and is suitable for smaller groups who want simple days in a beautiful environment. The cottage is located between Borås, Gothenburg and Varberg, all of which can be reached in less than an hour by car. Two lakes are within walking distance. Sandsjön has a dock and sandy beach. Öjasjön has a simpler swimming area but is calm and beautiful. There are plenty of trails for those who want to walk or run.

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. The house is located with the forest just around the corner and with Storån's rich wildlife in front. A great spot for recovery and reflection.
