The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Walking distance to Chassahowitzka campgrounds, a bait shop, and a bar/restaurant. Fish off the private boat dock: covered parking, bonus lanai room. We have two fishing kayaks available for use. THE OWNER TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF KAYAKS. My place is close to Downtown Mount Dora and all the amenities of the beautiful waterfront historic city. You’ll love my place because of the proximity to downtown Mt. Dora - a quick walk. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends. $75 pet fee per pet. (2 pets max) Payment request will be sent after booking. This will help to keep Ladybug a pet friendly home!

This 1600 Sq foot two story house was recently remodeled with new paint, flooring, appliances and furnishings. The house is not child proof and therefore do not accept children under the age of 12. Downstairs consists of a kitchen, half bath, family room with dining room table and large screen TV. Upstairs is a spacious master bedroom with sitting area and TV and large closet, second bedroom, study and full bath with tub.

Upon arrival read the local information guide I have written and start enjoying the “Nature Coast” of Florida. It is essential to read this to get the most from your trip. Use my kayaks and paddle over the manatees in Crystal River, fish the gulf for saltwater or freshwater fishing at Lake Rousseau, and take a leisurely paddle down the Rainbow River in Dunnellon. Kayaks are on a trailer that has a 1 7/8-inch ball.
