The beach is a short walk away, and the area is fully of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not far from Bluewaters Island and the Dubai Eye. It is easy to get around by foot, tram or taxi. Note that the building access operates through Face ID, and requires passport copy & digital photo of all guests.

An inviting outdoor pool area is showcased, featuring a clear view of the sea and palm trees. In the background, the Ain Dubai observation wheel can be seen. QR code signages accompany two illustrated suitcases, providing access to a video tour of the apartment.
