Beautiful chalet with a Mediterranean garden and a small pool, ideal for couples or families, equipped with everything you need to spend an incredible holiday in one of the most exclusive areas of the Marina Alta. The property is located in the urbanization La Sella, the environment is perfect to relax and disconnect. The location is very quiet but at the same time it is very close to Denia and Jávea which have incredible beaches, parks, countless restaurants and a lot of leisure activities.

A sparkling blue pool is set against a backdrop of lush greenery and clear blue skies. A well-maintained lawn surrounds the pool, and distant views of hills and homes are visible. Tall trees add a natural touch to the serene outdoor space.

Relax in this beautiful accommodation in a fantastic location overlooking the bay of Denia and Montgó. Just 15 minutes from the sandy beaches and 7 minutes from the shopping mall. Completely new and modernly furnished, this small but fine vacation home on MONTE SOLANA offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation. Dishwasher and washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, XXL TV and high-speed Internet complete the picture. The 2 pools are shared, but are very rarely used.

Lovely Summer house in Jalon

A small house located in Xaló/Jalón a couple of minutes walk from downtown, it has a supermarket 5-7 minutes walk away and has private parking. A large selection of bars and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest beaches are the extensive sandy beaches of Calpe, which are about 15-20 minutes away by car, and the town's central location allows you to have most beaches such as Jávea or Denia less than 30 minutes away.

Villa located on the edge of the Montgó de Dénia Natural Park. Guests can enjoy the pool, summer kitchen and garden in a very quiet environment away from prying eyes. Its interiors, consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living-dining room are distributed over an area of 120 m². One of the bedrooms has independent access. Two differently oriented terraces will allow you to choose your preferred places for your meals.
