The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

Welcome to a luxury oasis in the city with a saltwater pool. This 2-level guesthouse was constructed recently with a fully-updated kitchen, two full-sized bathrooms, and a garage. Enjoy fantastic shopping and dining within walking distance of your private getaway. If you're interested in the entire property or the Main House, please explore our alternate listings. Both places are entirely separated. The guesthouse has exclusive right to use the pool and backyard but max occupancy is 4.

Newly renovationed, cozy in-law suite

Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.

From the deep soaking tub to the full kitchen, this private studio wont leave you wanting anything except to extend your stay. We are pet friendly and have a flat pet fee of $75.

Private Studio in 100yr old Grocery/Hotel

This historic building, walking distance to the Marietta Square, dates back to the early 1900s and has been a grocery store, mechanic, and one-room hotel. You'll be staying in the former one-room hotel in a renovated mini-suite. One pup under 25lbs is allowed with a $30 pet fee. Please see the House Rules section for more information. Unfortunately, due to the size of the space, we must be restrictive on size and quantity of dogs. 🐾
