The balcony with outdoor furniture is suitable for both breakfast in the sun and evening hangouts. Perfect location, in the middle of Mariehamn, swimming area and shopping centre very close. You will be close to everything when you stay at the house. Everything is newly renovated and in good condition. You rent the whole house. We want guests to be at least 25 years old. The house has a large lawn and a terrace with outdoor tables and chairs. 4 cars can be parked in the yard. Car charger (11 kilowatts, more powerful than usual) is available to use for free. Rented and fresh bed linens and towels (one large and one small) are included in the price. You make the beds you want to use. In the basement there is a sauna.

The nearest beach (Algrundet) is about 1.8 km away. In the immediate vicinity, there is a marina, grocery store, kayak rental, playground, fish shop, nature areas and walking paths.

For cleaning, you can either leave the house as you found it or opt for our convenient 150€ cleaning service.
