From the living room there is direct access to partially covered wooden terrace. The primary heat source is an air to air heat pump. The house is equipped with WIFI from Fiber Internet and the possibility to use Apple TV as well as SONOS sound.

A nice newer family friendly year-round summer house in the woods - 109m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. It is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and wifi that covers the entire 3000m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is available on Saturdays. There may be some bugs at times.

(see photos) A room with 160 * 200 double bed. A room with 90 * 200 box spring. Loft with 2 good mattresses that can be gathered or lying separately. Dog is allowed - we have a dog ourselves in the house when we are there.

Child-friendly house in green and undisturbed surroundings 20 minutes from the beach. We have four large rooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, huge serene garden and lots of space. Our house is an old whitewashed smallholding on a 4500 m2 plot that has been carefully renovated. It's undisturbed at the end of a dirt road up by a forest. When we are not renting the whole house, we rent out a single room with a rating of 4.86 on 43 reviews.

Sommerhuset er allergivenlig - der er derfor ikke adgang for husdyr. Sommerhuset udlejes ikke til unge grupper. Lejer medbringer selv sengelinned og håndklæder ellers kan dette lejes for 75kr/10 euro pr. person.
