Welcome to Barn Hives. Self-sustainable Eco-luxury pods. Each of our Barn Hives consists of a two story open plan living space. Through the stairs, that are wrapped around the inside of the building, you will be led into the master suite, which with being on the second floor you are greeted to spectacular views. On entry of the Hive, on the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge near a pallet heater for those wintery days and the bathroom/toilet facilities, sun deck with a bbq. The choice for having minimal technology provided is something we care for deeply and is a viewpoint we stand by. We want to leave you feeling connected to the outdoors and away from the hustle and bustle. Because right there, outside of those windows, is where the true beauty lies. The property is unsuitable for children less than 12 years of age. maximum of 2 people (including children).

The cottage is open style living opening on to a decking with bi fold servery windows from the kitchen.Decking with outdoor seating ,umbrella and barbecue overlooks a large grassed area surrounded by natural bush.The living area has double opening doors leading to the decking .Living area has a comfy couch ,Smart T.V , R/C aircon and a wood burning fire.The large bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite .There is a travel cot suitable for a baby.Well supervised dogs are welcome. 39 Riedle is architecturally designed home constructed in 2017, set overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean. The contemporary design makes this the perfect beach house for couples. The superb ocean views make a surf check of "Boat Ramps" or "The Bombie" possible from anywhere in the house. It's situated only a short walk to safe swimming beaches, The White Elephant Beach Cafe and the The Common Bar and Bistro, Everything you need for a relaxing and memorable beach holiday.

Little Ginger

Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. Sip on champagne in the outdoor bathtub while your partner cooks up a feed on the weber Q, or relax in the luxurious king bed after taking a shower under the double rain shower heads. The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.

Want to get away from the the city or daily life then our property is a great spot to relax. Or is great base yourself if explore the region. It is perfect for couples. We are located between town & the beach, tucked away but still close to everything. Trees & wildlife are all around. We have 3 horses as well. The town centre of Margaret River is close. The cottage is situated at the bottom of our 8 acre property, which we live on. Approval no. 2098
