Beautiful village house, ideally situated: You'll only need 20mn to reach the beautiful Vendean beaches and their great surfing spots, and you will sit right at the boarder of the Marais Poitevin. 1h from Nantes and La Rochelle, 40mn from Les Sables d'Olonne. This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
