Chaweng Apartment, near Beach and Market 302

Studio apartment in Chaweng center, only 900 meter, 10 minutes walk to beach. You need to pay for electricity usage. Cost is 5 Baht per kilowatt hour unit. Typical cost is about 50 Baht per night if you have air conditioner on only at night when you sleep. Fast wifi fiber internet 500/500 mbit. Newly renovated in April 2022. Our room won't have any moldy smell. Situated in a quiet private road. There will not be any noise from traffic.
