❤Very nice apartment of 50m² in a small quiet residence with beautiful sea view, 2 steps (4min walk!) from the beach "La Datcha" and right in front of the island of Gosier ! ❤The apartment consists of - 1 superb equipped kitchen with views of the island, - 1 large living room with views of the island, - 1 beautiful air-conditioned room with a very large bed (180x200cm), - 1 bathroom with bath (+1 separate toilet). ❤Its large terrace will allow you to have lunch while enjoying the sweet trade winds and the sun on the deckchair!

Very nice refurbished apartment, fully air-conditioned with sea and mountain views, spacious living room, dining area with sea view, equipped kitchen, bedroom with terrace overlooking the garden. Autonomous water tank for safety in case of water outage! Very quiet beachfront residence facing Gosier Island. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Go to Gosier Island by taking a shuttle boat to La Datcha Beach. Close to all amenities, bakery, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, Arrêt de bus
