The unit is directly on the beach with tremendous views. It is in a 10 story building, with the unit being on the 9th floor. Unit has direct westerly views from your own private balcony, and features direct access to the beach. There is a very nice restaurant downstairs called Sunset Grill (we have provided menus with the pictures of the unit). Everything you need (including beach chairs, towels, cooler, and toys) is provided to make your stay simple. There simply is not a better view!

A private balcony features a round table with four chairs, offering views of the expansive beach and Gulf waters. Clear blue skies and soft clouds create a serene backdrop, enhancing the coastal ambiance.
