Guest bedroom with trundle bed. laundry room downstairs with washer dryer, sink, toilet room, and shower stall downstairs. kitchen with small eating area, electric range, dishwasher. Beaches, parks, fishing, marinas, restaurants, bars, wineries and shops are minutes away. Truly something for everyone to enjoy!
