The apartment has a north orientation, which ensures a lot of clarity and brightness throughout the day, and the balcony has a wide view of the beach and the sea. It is located 1 block from the mall and the pedestrian streets, and 1 block from the beach, the sea and the promenade that runs through the main beaches, the Casino and the classic Provincial Hotel.
