We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. Check tide charts for your dates so you know when low tide is (Our beach is accessible at low tide). Our house does not have AC (we provide fans and there’s always a breeze, so expect to sleep with windows open).
