Excellent apartment in Itacuruçá!

We are pet friendly 🐕 but do not accept puppies (up to 1 year and 6 months). Our Insta @costaverde_apartments, there you will find videos and photos of the property and tips on places and tours. Take the whole family and friends to this great place with plenty of room to have fun, we have Wi-Fi for those who are working. The condominium has a leisure area with swimming pools (adult and children), sauna, tennis court, soccer, basketball, playground for children, mini market, etc. The condominium is next to the Marina.

A modern living area features a wooden entertainment center with a television and decorative items. Large windows provide a view of the lush surroundings. A comfortable sofa in muted colors is positioned to offer a relaxing space. Light pours in from the outside, enhancing the ambiance.

The property has a living room with an integrated balcony, in addition to the kitchen (American style), two bedrooms, one en-suite and another full bathroom. Todos os quartos possuem televisão e ar condicionado. Possível alugar lancha 24 pés a parte.

Acomoda bem 6 pessoas, sendo 05 camas de solteiro e 01 de casal, em estrados. Ar condicionado e ventilador de teto nos quartos, televisão a cabo na sala e cozinha americana completa com geladeira, fogão, microondas, cafeteira, sanduicheira e todos utensílios domésticos. OBS: Piscina do clube está em obra até 12/2025. Não disponibilizo roupa de cama e banho.
