The house is one of the first to be built on the beach site Snig. There is one house with a lot of history and soul that is located along the road to the south of Lindesnes. Private terrace. Cozy planted garden with garden furniture. Immediate proximity to large public beach with facilities such as playground, football field and boccia court. As well as barbecue facilities.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, Spin. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a corridor, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with a double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside, there is a large terrace with plenty of living space, different seating groups, Jacuzzi and fireplaces, and nice views!

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

I tillegg er det en barneseng på stedet. Stort uteområde med mulighet for ballspill, frisbee golf, bålpanne, eller ta en deilig dukkert i badevannet ca 300 meter fra huset. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken. Tv med mange kanaler. Nytt bad med dusj. Stor terrasse ute (kommer 2026)

Rommet passer for deg som trenger overnatting når du er på kurs, etterutdanning, kommer fra danskebåten eller vil besøke Kristiansand. Dette rommet er helt privat. Du blir ikke forstyrret av de andre som bor i huset. Rommet med privat bad inneholder arbeidplass, seng 140 cm , en gjesteseng og tv. I tillegg er det kjøleskap, mikrobølgeovn og vannkoker for lett matlaging . Sengetøy og håndklær medfølger . Det er gratis parkering

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas of which one dining room. One bedroom on the second floor is a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Two bedrooms have family bunks with 180cm beds downstairs and 90cm upstairs. The last bedroom has a regular double bed. Dining room with room for 12 persons. Her er det mange sjarmerende øyer som er tilrettelagt for båtliv. Området er perfekt for fiske, bading i fjorden, turer og avslapning. Har to båter for utleie.
