For those who like comfort, it's a place close to everything. NO PARTIES!! THIS IS NOT A RECREATIONAL AREA FOR PARTIES!!! I DON'T CHARGE A CLEANING FEE, BUT YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THE DISHES WASHED AND THE TRASH OUTSIDE. It has an electric car charger and is in a very secure location. Only parties and noise are prohibited! Ideal place for rest and not a leisure area for parties. 2 double beds and one extra bed. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and gourmet area. Large garage. No car stereo there, no smoking inside.
