There is dock access in back of property for fishing or just sitting to watch sunset. You can also arrive by boat :-) Very cozy to say the least. Very private separate entry from main house on property. Boat availablefor rental or day charter with boat captain inquire direct. Pool use available but is a common area .

In the winter months, manatees are visible from the property, which is located just downriver from the Manatee Park. Kayaks are available for visitor's use. Plenty of parking with room for a RV if needed.
