The villa is located 80 meters from the sea, in the picturesque village of Sissi. With sea and mountain views, this luxury property is close to all local amenities. An ideal combination for the perfect summer holiday with family or friends. The spacious outdoor area offers a large sun terrace with sun beds and a 35 m² swimming pool. Our villa features a heated pool (Optional). In April, May and October, the heating is complimentary. Outside of these months, a small fee of €10 per day applies.

The entire villa has panoramic windows so you can enjoy fantastic views from every room.Watching the sunrise and sunset is unforgettable. The private covered carport easily fits two cars and can be reached without problems in first gear.
