Fabulous, spacious apartment (60 m2 for only 2 persons!) with a direct view to the amphitheatre and sea from living and sleeping area + a big terrace full of plants. One large bedroom with double bed, living room, kitchen and dining room, spacious green terrace. Free WiFi, A/C. First floor. PARKING good price, which is 3 min walk to the app. Location just next to the amphitheatre you will be in the center of the old town vibe. Just stones throw away you can find many restaurants and cafes.

Our home is a halfway between Pula and Kamenjak - 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio with independent entrance is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 10-15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. "Sul mar" is studio ap.for 2 people is 70 m.from the beach and cca 200 metars from Max city mall.Beautifull location who has everything that you need !Gym on the open area,volleyball &child playground is also 70 m from app.We have bakery,few great restaurants,bus station,beach bars few metars from us . City center is approximately 2km away,8 minutes by car .We have lots of free parking near. In Max city mall you can eat&drink a coffee or by groceries

The apartment is located in the city center 150m from the most famous monument of Pula - Arena - an amphitheatre from Roman times. In the immediate vicinity are cafes, restaurants, shops, the promenade and the city centre with the main street leading to the city's most famous square, the Forum. The sea is couple hundred meters from the apartment, but the first beaches are cca 2700m away. The airport is 10km from the accommodation.
