Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. Cleaning fee is €50 and is to be paid in cash directly to the cleaner upon checkout. PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY.

L'Agave, Salina

L'Agave is a late nineteenth century villa located in one of the most panoramic and comfortable areas of the island of Salina. The owner, scenographer and costume designer of Italian theater and cinema, took care of the furnishings with love and elegance and respecting the style of the island. In 2 minutes you reach one of the most suggestive beaches, the beach of Scario, which due to its proximity, looks like the villa's private beach. You would also be 10 minutes on foot from Malfa center.

The "Attico sul mare" apartment is located in front of the bay of Canneto, 50 meters from the sea and about 100 meters from the pier where the boats for excursions to the other islands depart, bus stop 20 meters away. The house has a terrace veranda with stunning sea views. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen equipped with all amenities (satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, coffee maker, double sofa bed) adjacent to the terrace equipped with table, chairs, sofa and deckchair.

Didyme is directly on the beach (20m.) and the terrace has a stunning view over the other aeolian islands. It's suitable for couples, families with children and groups of friends. It has 3 bedrooms, a living room with kitchen, two bathrooms and a panoramic terrace. It's located in the village of Acquacalda, in the north of the island of Lipari and overlooks one of its most beautiful beaches. It's equipped with air conditioning, fans, mosquito nets and Wi-Fi.

Short walk to the beach. Casa del bel ricordo

Quiet, above a cliff from which you can access a small private beach in less than a minute's walk via an internal staircase. From the house there is a scenic path that leads to the former white beaches that can be reached in less than 10 minutes. The house offers a splendid view of Stromboli and Panarea. Two terraces, large living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, two bathrooms and large showers. Above the attic with three beds and a bathroom.

Casa Ciufria, Casa Rossa

Casa Rossa is a bright two-room apartment with a panoramic patio overlooking Panarea and Stromboli. A stone's throw from the beach and the main street of Santa Marina Salina, in the Barone area. Its dominant color is the carmine red of the Aeolian majolica. The location is strategic to reach the beach, the port, essential services, shops of various kinds and typical restaurants in a few minutes. There are external surveillance cameras.

Eolian Villa “Mare” - Floating over the sea

Spacious Aeolian-style villa immersed in nature, far from traffic and noise — a peaceful haven with wide indoor and outdoor sea-view spaces. Just a few meters above sea level, you can hear the sound of the waves from the house. The sea is reachable in just a few minutes via a private footpath. A natural rock pool allows swimming at any hour. A beautiful beach is also accessible by foot or even by swimming.

Gelso Case a Pinnata, 200 meters from Punta Scario Bay

"Casa Pinnata" five beds. The house consists of a large kitchen-dining room with sofa bed, from which through an arch passage you access another living area with two single beds, double bedroom, bathroom, terrace equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs. The garden in front of the terrace is also exclusively for the house, also furnished with garden furniture, hammock and a beautiful outdoor shower.

Casa San Giuseppe

The house is equipped for personal use, with non-dozen furnishings. The location is characteristic, practically surrounded by bars and restaurants on the square of Marina Corta, from where all the trips organized for the islands also depart. Underneath the house is a diving and there are the offices of those who organize boat trips.
