Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

Welcome to our self-contained, renovated accommodation in the countryside, just a few minutes from Rouen. Upstairs in a separate building from our house, you will have a private, quiet, and comfortable 55 m² (600 sq. ft.) space, as well as a garden with furniture and a barbecue. You will have a mezzanine room equipped with a 160cm bed + a sofa bed in the 140cm living room. Linens & bath towels are provided. Two EV charging stations are located 50 meters (164 feet) away.

Entirely on one level, it consists of a large living room (with a small NON-CONVERTIBLE sofa), a kitchenette open to the living room, a shower room 🚿 with 🚾and a bedroom with a dresser and dressing room. It also has a private terrace. It's a perfect place for a couple or a person on a business trip or vacation in the area.
