Welcome to Skadevi Gård. This beautiful 9 room 325 sqm mansion was built in 1929. With a 7000 sqm yard, right next to the forest, you'll have lots of space for activities. This house is optimized for larger gatherings that either want to celebrate something over the weekend, or for families that want to spend a week together with relatives and friends. (See below for info in English) Egendesignad villa på ön Storholmen i Stockholms skärgård, 25 min resa med SL-båt från Ropsten eller 5 min från Mor Annas Brygga, Lidingö. Tre hus ingår, varav ett stort (60 kvm bottenyta, tre plan) med kök och porslin för 12 personer. Vardagsrum med kamin och "bio" (projektor och högtalare) Fyra sovrum med sju vanliga sängar (2+2+1+1+1). Huset har dock totalt 11 bäddar varav två utdragssoffor. Fyra toaletter, tre duschar, tvätt- och diskmaskin, WiFi.

Cosy apartment close to all the best parts of Södermalm in Stockholm, including cafés, bars, restaurants, art studios, second hand shops and boutiques. Fully equipped, stylish kitchen, large dinner table, big TV, small cosy balcony with evening sun. Two bedrooms, both beds with Tempur madrasses, high up in the house (hiss finns). 2 minutes to supermarket and everything else you need. 5 minutes walk to the water, with outdoor gym and outdoor swimming pool. Directly connected to the subway.

Lovely villa next to forest. 5 decks, 4 min walk to a glacial lake through the trees. Cinema, pool table, sauna, 4 bedrooms ( 2 double bedrooms, 1 single and 1 bunk beds) 30 mins bus to Stockholm centre. 5 mins to beaches, skiing, cafes, shops, hiking. The location to explore Stockholm and the Stockholm archipelago. If you want city life, Söder is good. For nature, Värmdö is good. Here in Nacka is a bit of both. No music outside. No parties. This is a quiet street with neighbours.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, my place it a one room apartment and it really a new one. I moved in 2023 in January and it really calm and beautiful place,i been enjoying it since then.There is small central a minute way, with shops and restaurants and 24hr free car parking just a minute away by foot. The place is a minute away from both t train and buss station and it 25 minutes to Stockholm central with a train. You all welcome and enjoy Stockholm!

Stockholm city center is 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus and train.
