Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150 meters to the dock, a motorboat for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. Lovely 4.5 km running track around Björsund. Large terrace with barbecue and ping pong table.

In addition, there is a lovely Jacuzzi that you can relax in and enjoy. From the guest house and the hot tub, you can see over Sundsörsviken, Lake Mälaren. Here it is close to nature and swimming regardless of the season. A child-friendly beach on the lake is within walking distance. There are nice walking paths directly from the farm.

Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house.
