Take a step back in time and stay in this unique, beautiful old stone house, set on a steep mountain slope, surrounded by woods and terraces, ideal for walkers and nature lover's. A glorious sandy beach with two shipwrecks is a twenty five min. drive away. In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Four marked walks start from Arni itself.

There are spectacular views of the port of Gavrio 5 km below and across the sea to the coastline of Attica, which you can enjoy from the magnificent terrace above the beautiful garden of the villa.

Your hosts are 3 friends, 3 travelers of the world, who decided to leave Athens and start a new life in this beautiful Cycladic island. We fully renovated an old house, the Cave, by keeping all those elements that highlight its traditional character and its 'bond' with mother earth, in combination with a touch of vintage decoration.

The house was built around an ancient olive tree and gives this property its name, Riza = Root in Greek. 10 minute drive to the closest charming town, Batsi. The house with private infinity edge pool is built on the top of a cliff situated right above the port offering stunning views of Gavrio and of the sun sinking in the Aegean Sea. The closest beach of Fellos is approximately 5min driving and 25min walking. The house is ideal for couples, friends and families. It can host 2-7 people, i.e. one to three couples, families of up to seven members or a company of 2-7 friends.

Petros beach is 500m from the house and on the area there are taverns and bread station.
