This luxurious dune villa is located on the Makkum beach resort. The authentic village of Makkum is 2 km away and has nice restaurants and a warm bakery , luxury butcher and a large supermarket. The villa has underfloor heating and also has a cozy gas fireplace . There is a garage for the storage of bikes or surf equipment. there are two bikes available with which you can explore the beautiful Friesland. The house is further provided with a sauna and has an outdoor shower, nice for after surfing.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

This beautiful house right on the dike can accommodate up to 4 people. The centerpiece is the spacious terrace with its breathtaking view of the IJsselmeer. Whether spending time in the sun or watching the numerous surfers, sailing boats or water birds. Everyone really gets their money's worth here.
