Spring is a beautiful private home in a very popular resort that has a complete range of onsite amenities. Thus combining luxurious accommodation and ideal location in this 5 star * luxury complex, set within stunning landscaped gardens, with all the comforts of home. 24 hour security The complex is in a peaceful location with stunning views of the mountains. Close to Kumkoy area, where there are many restaurants, bars and shops. 2 large swimming pools and 2 kids splash pools, 1 x Indoor pool and Jacuzzi pool, open in winter. Sauna, well equipped fitness centre, flood lit tennis court (can be used as a soccer court), pool bar / restaurant with Wi-Fi, serving excellent local and European food. Spoiled for choice here, you can be lazy and chill by the pool, or hop on a courtesy bus for a short drive to the local beach where there is a large selection of watersports on offer. Just ask security to contact the beach and they will come and collect you and drop you off at the end of the day. Alternatively, if you feel a little more adventurous, book an excursion. Lots on offer including white water rafting, fishing, jeep safari, horse riding, boat trips plus many trips to visit some of the famous local historical sites and ancient ruins. Luxury Villa in Side with private pool and 4 bedrooms just 350m from the beach. You cant get a villa with a much better location than this, just 7 minutes walk to the beach. This villa is situated on the Sunrise Hill complex ,which features two generously sized swimming pools and childs pool-however the villa has its own private pool to the front of the property when a little peace and tranquility is required.There is an on site shop and cafe .The development comprises of just 7 villas and 24 apartments. cozy apartment by the sea 3+1

The house has been newly renovated. It has been designed in a very useful way. Everything you need will be at hand. The house is located in the middle of two big market places. There is a tunnel extending from the house to the beach. It is enough to walk only 50 meters. The house is centrally located and very quiet place without some hotels nearby. The electricity fee meter is read and you are prompted. There are no other extra charges.
