Studio in the heart of the pretty Place de Pont Croix on the ground floor of a building renovated by Tyerra Architectes. You can enjoy this vibrant and elegant little town on the banks of the Goyen. Beautiful walking tours on the refurbished path that joins Audierne. Small restaurants and friendly bars in this small city of character in the center of Cape Sizun radiating on the most beautiful beaches of this end of Finistère. If needed, the coworking space is just attached.

Charming 18th century house, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a small hamlet, a true haven of peace, in the countryside, 10 minutes' drive from the sea. Close to Audierne and its port, Pont-Croix and its small town of character, as well as Douarnenez, Pointe du Raz, Quimper. The house consists of four bedrooms including a master bedroom with sink and shower, three other bedrooms upstairs as well as two toilets and a bathroom with bathtub, with a large wooded garden.
