Brand new - but not quite perfect yet...

Hello dear guests, I am renting out a beautiful, bright and quiet two-room apartment with balcony. It is located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator. The apartment is 60 square meters, is newly renovated and completely new and furnished with love. However, there are a few things that are missing at the moment, such as carpets, curtains and pictures. But it won't take long for the apartment to be completely furnished. It is close to the university, and you can also get to the center quickly.

Charmante Ferienwohnung im Stadtteil Hopfengarten. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, sowohl zur Autobahn als auch zum ÖVP. Unsere Wohnung mit separatem Eingang wartet auf euch im 1. OG unseres Hauses. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einer kleinen Küche, einem Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie einem Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa, sodass wir auch 4 Gästen eine angenehme Übernachtung bieten können. Bei Bedarf steht ein Kinder-Reisebett zur Verfügung.
