Welcome to our cozy home in a local area on Wualai Road. It is near the South Gate and the Old Town. You can walk around and enjoy the calm neighborhood & visit the local market with many delicious foods. The house is private for you. There are two single beds, bathroom with warm shower, microwave, kettle & some utensils for simple meals. There is no washing machine, but you can use laundromats at the market nearby. We are happy to welcome you. Please come and feel like local people here!

Chiang Mai Sunshine House is a homestay in a peaceful area with traditional Thai houses. It is 5km away from south of old city and covers 1600 square meters. 8 rooms are for airbnb . It will take 15mins to drive or ride to old city. We more prefer to have long-term stay, discount is offered for monthly stay automatically (>= 28days). PLEASE NOTED VILLA 105 IS NEWLY RENOVATED IN 2024 AND IT IS MORE COMFORTABLE THAN BEFORE. If villa 105 is already booked, PLS CHECK our other listing ones.

This Lodge is named 'Sweet Flowers', it has a private kitchen and an attached private bathroom with hot water, double bed and private seating area. Other amenities are: - complimentary drinking water - tea/coffee facilities - fridge - towels - shampoo/conditioner, soap - air conditioning and fan Welcome drink provided on arrival. We will have a food menu made to order also.
 Children till 12 years old can stay for free when they not sleep in an extra bed. Cot can be provided, THB 200 p/d.
