Schist House - The Charm of the Mountain

(guest comment) Arthur and Celeste, we only have a few words for you: Thank you for being in Paradise... thank you for everything. When we are on vacation, we want to get out of our daily routine and be able to see other places. My house is inserted in a rural space with several places of interest such as the PINCHO waterfall, THE MONASTERY OF S. JOÃO D'ARGA and the mountains, here you will find the peace you need with all the amenities, and if you want to get to know the area, there are several cities and towns nearby.

Fonte da Tornada House

This comfortable rural house is located in the village of Lindoso, in the heart of the Peneda Gerês National Park, Alto Minho region. The village of Lindoso is well known for its Medieval Castle and one of the largest clusters of typical granite granaries (”espigueiros”). Everything in the house is authentic, from the fireplace to the old bread oven. Its name comes from a fountain called “Fonte da Tornada” located right outside the house. It is an invitation to enjoy the peace and the landscapes of the rural environment.

With large areas to explore outside, you will find a beautiful garden with a barbecue area. You can also enjoy a magnificent private pool. Bicycles are also available for guest use.
