The home is located on Sydfyn and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book for 6 people. Sie befindet sich über dem ehemaligen Stallgebäude und ist umsäumt von einem großen, eingezäunten Garten mit Blick über die Wiese. In der 84 qm Wohnung sind das Wäschepaket sowie Handtücher im Preis inbegriffen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, bequeme Betten und ein großes Kuschelsofa machen den Aufenthalt zu jeder Jahreszeit gemütlich.

There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

In the shared basement there is both a laundry room with coin slot, as well as the possibility to safely store your own bikes. The apartment is located between the Schlei (about 400 m) and the Baltic Sea (about 900 m)

The apartment is located at the end of a street. The large garden invites you to barbecue and relax. A seating area and garden loungers are available for our guests. For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.

Our apartment "Smukke Bleibe" offers a cozy and light-flooded atmosphere on almost 80 square meters and impresses with its view of the Maasholm harbor and Schlei as well as fantastic sunsets on the sunny balcony. Directly located at the sailing port in Maasholm, it is just a few meters away from the water. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and fully furnished with a modern charm.
