Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes, which is located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper's House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we work to make the house as authentic as possible, including by wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper's house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is wall to wall with the brewery that has a renovated bakery oven.

Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The accommodation is located 4 km from the city centre of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, Spin. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a corridor, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with a double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside, there is a large terrace with plenty of living space, different seating groups, Jacuzzi and fireplaces, and nice views!
