Cozy planted garden with garden furniture. Immediate proximity to large public beach with facilities such as playground, football field and boccia court. As well as barbecue facilities.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, Spin. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a corridor, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with a double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside, there is a large terrace with plenty of living space, different seating groups, Jacuzzi and fireplaces, and nice views!

Flekkefjord is in the middle of Kristiansand and Stavanger and with about 1.5 hours drive to Sirdal. The house is located in a single-family area with about 5 minutes drive or 30 minutes walk from Flekkefjord city center. The single-family home appears to be family friendly with several playgrounds, sea, beach and forest in the immediate vicinity.

The house is very cozy and overlooks the beautiful village of Rasvåg and over the sea. There is a very rich outdoor area with several terraces and gardens as well as fruit trees behind the house.

Stue og kjøkken i 1. etasje, utgang til bakhage fra kjøkkenet. 2. etasje har 2 soverom, bad og en liten balkong. Sengene kan ikke deles. Det er ikke parkering ved huset, men parkeringstillatelse i nærområdet kan kjøpes. Det er en smartTV i stuen. Gjester må bruke egen innlogging for å benytte strømmetjenester.

Med mulighet for å leie båt i båthus i hagen (20 fot og 60 hester påhengs) med tilgang til sløyebord, kajakk og supbrett. Perfekt for sommeraktiviteter. Ved båthus er det og en pir med badestige. Huset har to soverom. Dobbeltseng i det ene og dobbeltseng med køye i det andre. Boligen ligger 4 km fra sentrum av Lyngdal. 3 km fra Sørlandsbadet. 8 km fra Handelsparken.

The room is suitable for those who need accommodation when you are on a course, continuing education, coming from the Danish boat or want to visit Kristiansand. This room is completely private. You won't be disturbed by the other people staying in the house. The room with private bathroom contains a workplace, a bed 140 cm, a guest bed and a TV. In addition, there is a refrigerator, microwave and kettle for light cooking . Bed linen and towels are provided . There is free parking

Her er det mange sjarmerende øyer som er tilrettelagt for båtliv. Området er perfekt for fiske, bading i fjorden, turer og avslapning. Har to båter for utleie.
