Villa Luisa
The space
Villa Luisa is built on three levels: ground floor, upper floor and basement. All rooms enjoy air conditioning and heating.
To enter the Villa, you have to walk a small path in the garden which will bring you to the terrace and to the entrance door. The terrace is a beautiful area well equipped with sofas, armchairs, and a table where outdoor dining is possible. The terrace is covered to protect from bad weather and enjoys a beautiful unobstructed view of the sea.
Passing through the glass entrance door on the ground floor, you find yourself in the large living room. The area is divided into three open spaces: on one side a sofa and television, in the middle area a sofa facing the sea, while the third zone is the dining area adjacent to the kitchen. The industrial kitchen is equipped with a four range stovetop, grill, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, wine refrigerator, and meat slicer. The living room and the kitchen are connected by an outdoor dining terrace, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A second external area with external electric grill is located off the back of the kitchen.
Outdoors, the beautiful, saltwater infinity pool boasts amazing sea-views. The large pool deck enjoys a sun deck and a small covered space with a daybed. The pool leads down several steps to two dressing rooms with four showers and one bathroom. From a small window in one of the dressing rooms you can see inside the pool.
