Nestled in luxurious gardens with spectacular views, Eden is a magnificent five-bedroom colonial style villa and cottage that is the embodiment of luxury and subtle refinement. Located in the secure and exclusive Sugar Hill Lifestyle Development, this holiday villa for rent boasts a fabulous interior design and provides spacious luxury accommodation and the best of outdoor living.
Eden’s magnificent entrance features a sweeping marble staircase that leads on to an elegant living space equipped with an entertainment center. Three sets of doors open up from the living space onto a large covered terrace with spectacular views of the tropical gardens and salt water pool. This terrace offers a sizeable seating and dining area that can entertain up to ten persons. Overlooking the pool is a gazebo, where guests can enjoy refreshing aperitifs and relaxed alfresco dining.
All bedrooms are beautifully furnished, and air conditioned each with its own spacious marble en-suite bathroom. A short walk across the pool deck is the self-contained cottage that opens onto its own garden and outdoor seating area.
Guests of Eden enjoy exclusive access to Sugar Hill’s Clubhouse and facilities which offer a modern fully equipped air conditioned exercise room, 2000 square feet communal pool, restaurant, and four flood-lit, all-weather tennis courts. Guests also benefit from membership to the prestigious Royal Pavilion Beach Club, which is a five-minute drive from Sugar Hill. Facilities include complimentary towels, beach chairs and umbrellas together with a snack bar. Water sports are also available.
Eden has a core team of well-trained, talented and friendly staff which include a butler, cook and a housekeeper, who are flexible to accommodate your needs, ensuring that your stay is relaxing.
