The space
Escape to wine country at our four-bedroom, three-bath luxury villa, tucked into the beautiful hills of Dry Creek Valley and just 10 minutes from downtown Healdsburg. Here, you can enjoy the best of both worlds: peaceful country living, star-filled skies, sweeping vineyard views, farm animals, and fresh air, all while being just minutes from Healdsburg’s incredible restaurants, shops, and world-class wineries.

Set on a magical 55-acre estate that is home to Reeve Wines and a working farm, the villa offers a truly unique Sonoma County farm stay experience. As part of your stay, guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary wine tasting for up to 8 guests in our tasting room, paired with a seasonal farm-to-table bite. And if you’re feeling adventurous, we’re always happy to arrange a visit with our furry farm residents and give you the chance to help feed them — a favorite for guests of all ages!

The estate is also home to our tasting room, barn, cottage, and the villa. Wine tastings are by appointment only, allowing the property to maintain its relaxed and intimate feel. The estate is lovingly cared for and managed by the owners and our small team. Even the drive in feels like part of the experience.

The villa sits about a half-mile off Dry Creek Road, just one mile past the iconic Dry Creek General Store. The private road winds through old oak trees draped in Spanish moss and rolling vineyards before reaching the estate’s privacy gate. Once inside, you’ll find lush gardens, farm animals, vineyards, and plenty of quiet little corners to explore and unwind.

The entire property is off-grid and powered by solar energy, allowing us to live a little more thoughtfully alongside the beautiful land that surrounds us. We make every effort to respect the environment and preserve what makes this corner of wine country so special.

Inside, the villa strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. You’ll find four king bedrooms, three full bathrooms, smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, SONOS, three gas fireplaces, a media room, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with an additional prep area. There’s even a stocked wine cellar that works much like a hotel minibar, so a great bottle of wine is never far away. Each bed is made with professionally cleaned and pressed linens, and the home is thoughtfully furnished to create a space that feels elevated while still being comfortable and inviting.

And then there’s the outdoors — our favorite part!

Spend your days lounging by the pool, soaking in the hot tub, cooking in the full outdoor kitchen, or settling in beside the wood-burning fireplace on the covered patio. All of it overlooks an incredible panoramic view stretching across the Dry Creek Valley floor. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee, opening a bottle of wine at sunset, or simply taking in the quiet, it’s a pretty special place to slow down and enjoy Sonoma County.

Other things to note
Our estate is proudly 100% off-grid and powered by solar energy — something we love about this special little corner of wine country!

During the hottest days of summer, particularly when temperatures climb above 95°F, the air conditioning systems throughout the property work a little harder than usual and can draw down our solar battery reserves more quickly. When this happens, our backup generator automatically kicks on while the solar batteries recharge, ensuring the property and villa continue to have uninterrupted power.

A full recharge typically takes around 3–4 hours. During this time, you may hear the gentle hum of the generator from the villa. It does not run throughout the night and will turn off once the batteries have had time to recharge.

This is a normal part of how our off-grid system operates during periods of high energy use and is most common during peak summer heat. We simply like to give our guests a heads-up so there are no surprises during their stay!

We appreciate your understanding and your help in allowing us to continue operating this beautiful property thoughtfully and sustainably.
