Direct access to the river and hiking in the mountains. The house has a living room/dining room/kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. Near the house is a social area, with a grill, clay oven, and dining room. In this space there is also an additional bedroom, as well as a bathroom and a shower.

Close to avenues with public transport, there are laundries, BCP bank, wineries, restaurants and pharmacies.
