Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Boasts amazing views over open farmland, a perfect retreat to relax and unwind. Close to Polzeath beach which is a 25 minute walk across the golf course.. Luxury interior, mini kitchen ( no oven), ensuite bathroom ( yes, inside the Hut!), wood burning stove, and comfy double bed . Private outside area, with a BBQ ( charcoal NOT supplied), and storage shed .

The area offers beautiful coastal walks, sheltered National Trust coves, a wide choice of places to eat from cosy Inns to Mitchelin restaurants.

Lovely pub nearby & short walk to local shops, eateries and coast. We also have a sofa (bed ) n the lounge for 2 people.

Scarrabine farmhouse annex is in a beautiful, quiet coastal location. Easy free parking unlike Port Isaac! Amazing sea views and sunsets from the bedroom. Located just above Port Quin, 1 mile from Port Isaac (as the crow flys). Open plan barn conversion, spacious living area and lovely sunny outside seating area. 10 mins walk to Port Quin and the coastpath. 35 mins walk to Port Isaac on the inland footpath. 10 mins drive to the surf at Polzeath. A great base to explore either on foot or by car.

Welcome to outside the box PQ. This space is a fully off grid container cabin, built by myself. The cabin faces west and south, with sea views and an abundance of natural light. You have everything you need for some serious relaxation here. Self contained with a 12v fridge, lighting and usb charge points all powered by solar panel. It is located in the beautiful secluded cove of Port Gaverne a short 10 minute walk up the steep hill to the picturesque harbour of Port Isaac - home of fictitious Doc Martin and Fisherman's Friends. Pop's Place is a self catering annexe with private patio and parking. A few yards away is Port Gaverne beach ideal for swimming, body boarding, sailing, beach-combing. A bright & spacious family home with private garden, 250m walk to Polzeath beach. Apr-Oct, minimum 7 nights, Fri-Fri only. Nov-Mar, minimum 3 nights. Message me for alternatives. The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. It sleeps 7/8 comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or cosy up! Summer house (Mar to Oct) can sleep 3.

At No.4 Tidesreach the beach is a stones throw away from your doorstep as are the restaurants and shops. The newly refurbished end studio is a snug place that is perfect for a young family or couple. There is direct access to the back of the property so you can shower off from the beach before entering the studio.
