"The Orieta House"

Our little house is a few meters from the sea, the beach of 'O Portelo' and the promenade of Burela. It is part of a neighborhood of families with a seafaring past. The house belonged to my grandparents and now, although it retains its essence, it is completely renovated. If you like the sea, its smell and its people, in our house you will feel very comfortable. Its location also allows you to easily move around A Mariña lucense and get to know everything our area has to offer. We look forward to seeing you.

Morriña is a recently rehabilitated house (2019) on the bank of the Miño River, where the water “breaks” against the porch of the house. It has two exterior rooms with their own bathroom each and a large living room with fireplace and a large gallery overlooking the river on the top floor, and a kitchen with dining room and toilet, with access to the patio and porch, on the ground floor. Lighting and comforting have been paid to a lot. NOTE: If a single night is booked, it brings an increase of €50.

When it comes to location, it doesn't get any better than this. Perched on a bluff, overlooking the beaches and ocean, this lovely home is the best place to come to disconnect from everything. It is literally a 1 min walk to several stunning beaches. The house is bathed in sun all day long and the property is completely walled off and has a huge, very private, garden all around. Needless to say, the views are absolutely stunning...breath-taking!
